MATERIALS NEEDED TO BAKE CAKE

INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO BAKE CAKE

Butter 250g

Sugar 1 cup (200g)

Eggs 4 Large Eggs

Milk powder 3 Tablespoons

Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon

Nutmeg 1/2 Teaspoon

Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon

Flour 2 Cups (250g)

METHOD

      Cream the Butter and Sugar
      In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. This should take about 5 minutes using an electric mixer.

      Add Eggs
      Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next.

      Mix Dry Ingredients
      In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Stir in the milk powder.

      Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
      Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in three parts, folding gently with a spatula or mixing at low speed. Do not overmix.

      Add Liquid (Optional)
      If the batter feels too thick, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of milk to loosen it slightly.

      Pour into Pan
